well, and helped me understand pricing and what to do to prepare the
house for listing since this was my first time selling a property. She
also helped me navigate the rapidly changing market over the summer of
2022 and got the house sold in a little over a month from when we
listed it. She was very responsive, happy to answer any questions that
I had, and was on top of communicating with everyone, including the
additional folks required for handling the estate. She even followed
up to get some documentation I was waiting on from the seller after
closing without me asking. When a last minute sprinkler leak came up
the day of closing she helped find someone to fix it last minute, and
worked with the buyer to make sure the closing still went smoothly.
